Application of isotope dilution analysis with stable nuclides to the determination of very low rubidium, strontium and copper concentrations

Description
It is reported on investigations of the quantitative determination of rubidium, strontium and copper within ppm and ppb ranges by isotope dilution analysis with stable nuclides. Detection limits and standard deviations are given. The application of the method to the examination of high-purity materials and to the age estimation of rocks is explained. (author)

Es wird über Untersuchungen zur quantitativen Bestimmung von Rubidium, Strontium und Kupfer im ppm- bzw. ppb- Bereich mit Hilfe der Isotopenverdünnungsanalyse mit stabilen Nukliden berichtet. Die erreichten Nachweisgrenzen und Standardabweichungen werden angegeben. Die Anwendung der Analysenmethode bei der Untersuchung von hochreinen Materialien und zur Altersdatierung von Gesteinen wird erläutert.
