Third update of the energy programme of the Federal Government
Description
After having given an introduction where the energy supply is explained as an economic and political challenge, the author describes the fundamentals of energy policy on the various sectors. These sectors are: 1. economical and rational utilization of energy, 2. coal and coal purification, 3. electric power industry and nuclear energy, 4. district heating and regional aspects of energy supply, 5. mineral oil, 6. natural gas, 7. crisis precaution, 8. renewable energies, 9. research and development, and 10. international cooperation in energy policy. The appendix gives an estimate of the energy supply of the F.R. of Germany until the year 1995. (UA)
Abstract (German)
Nach einer Einleitung, in der die Energieversorgung als oekonomische und politische Herausforderung elaeutert wird, werden die Grundzuege der Energiepolitik in einzelnen Bereichen beschrieben. Diese Bereiche sind 1. Sparsame und rationelle Energieverwendung, 2. Kohle und Kohleveredlung, 3. Elektrizitaetswirtschaft und Kernenergie, 4. Fernwaerme und regionale Aspekte der Energieversorgung, 5. Mineraloel, 6. Erdgas, 7. Krisenvorsorge, 8. Erneuerbare Energien, 9. Forschung und Entwicklung und 10. Internationale energiepolitische Zusammenarbeit. In der Anlage wird eine Vorausschaetzung der Energieversorgung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland bis zum Jahr 1995 gegeben. (UA)Additional details
