Description
The cosmological model describes the universe content in terms of matter and energy but it introduces new components like black matter or the inflation process or black energy that have not yet been introduced in particle physics. Gravitation plays an important role at the scale of the universe. The study of gravity forces at very short range (10-19 m) can be made in particle accelerators and may shed light on the existence of very short extra dimensions. This article deals with common issues between cosmology and particle physics and shows how these 2 sciences can help each other to a better understanding of matter and of the universe
