Sensitizating mechanism of CaF2-Gd,Mn crystal thermostimulated luminescence

Description
Concentration features of CaF2-Gd, Mn crystals luminescence with the purpose of revealing the character of sensitizating processes at thermostimulated luminescence in the presence of REE are investigated. It follows from the analysis of obtained thermoluminescence curves (TLC) that the decisive effect on the position and relation of peak intensities on Mnsup(2+)TLC is exerted by the presence of gadolinium creating inCaF2-Gd, Mn crystals typical set of electrohol centers
