Description
Regularities of changes in optical properties of irradiated quartz glass KV with different OH-group contents are investigated. On γ-radiation at 298 K optical density increases with the decrease of OH-group content. On γ-radiation at 77 K and pulsed electron bombardment at 298 and 77 K no effect of the OH-group concentration on optical properties of the quartz glass is established. The nature of color-centres is considered
