Magnetic-field oscillations of the critical current and pinning force in semiconducting superlattices PbTe/PbS and films YBa2Cu3O7-δ

Description
The magnetic-field dependences of the Ic critical current and the Fp pinning force of the PbTe/PbS monocrystalline semiconductor superlattices on KCl and the YBa2Cu3O7-δ film are studied in the magnetic fields of the samples perpendicular to their plane or parallel to the current. The Ic and Fp oscillations are determined for the superlattices by the magnetic field parallel orientation and by two field directions for the YBa3Cu3O7-δ film. The model of the vortex structure, corresponding to the pinning force extremes in the superlattices, is proposed. It is shown that specific points of the Fp field dependences appear by the magnetic field critical values equal to Hcr = (p/q)H0, where p, q are whole numbers and H0 = 838.37 Oe
Abstract (Russian)
Исследованы магнитополевые зависимости критического тока Ic и силы пиннинга Fp монокристаллических полупроводниковых сверхрешеток PbTe/PbS на KCl и пленки YBa2Cu3O7-δ в магнитных полях, перпендикулярных плоскости образцов либо параллельных току. Обнаружены осцилляции Ic и Fp для сверхрешеток при параллельной ориентации магнитного поля и при двух направлениях поля для пленки YBa3Cu3O7-δ. Предложена модель вихревых структур, соответствующих экстремумам силы пиннинга в сверхрешетках. Показано, что особые точки полевых зависимостей Fp появляются при критических значениях магнитного поля, равных Hcr = (p/q)H0, где p, q - целые числа, H0 = 838,37 ЭAdditional details
