Design of a versatile energy analyzer for photoelectron spectroscopy studies at synchrotron radiation sources
Creators
Description
A new design of the electrostatic energy analyzer for photoelectron spectroscopy studies is proposed, which is especially suited for angle-resolved and spectromicroscopy studies at synchrotron radiation sources. The design is based on a combination of a hemispherical deflector with a hollow cylindrical immersion lens and a preliminary 90 deg. deflector
