Description
The ability to look backward and analyse is a remarkable one that seldom results in error. Many times over these past many years I have done just that looked back over my years at the Barnwell Nuclear Fuel Plant (BNFP) and questioned why the facility was not completed and brought into operation in an orderly manner. While I'm sure many in this audience could provide their own thoughts and reasons, I believe the perspectives outlined herein best describe those events and circumstances which came into unfortunate juxtaposition during the final years of plant construction
