Description
Present development in the implementation of the quality management system in the LCIM. For which is collected and assessed the information concerning compliance with objectives, demand for services of calibration and return information of customers. With regard to the fulfilment of the objectives there is a quantitative and qualitative change (years 2013 and 2014 vs. years 2015 and 2016), due to the reformulation of existing objectives and incorporation of new, as a result of learning and consolidation of the quality management system. With regard to the demand for calibration services manifests a sustained increase in the number of calibrations performed, nearly tripling in the year 2015, the demand for the year 2013 (145 vs. 53) and highlights from the year 2015 the demand of calibration services by external customers, which is maintained during the year 2016. In reference to the surveys and analyzing the years 2013, 2014 and 2015, it is noted that not only increased the number of surveys in absolute value but also as a percentage in relation to the calibrations performed. The overall average of all surveys as well as the averages of each one of the attributes is maintained without major fluctuations in all the analyzed years. (author)

Presentar la evolución en la implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad en el LCIM. Para lo cual se recopiló y evaluó la información referente a cumplimiento de objetivos, demanda de servicios de calibración e información de retorno de los clientes. Respecto al cumplimiento de objetivos se observa un cambio cuantitativo y cualitativo (años 2013 y 2014 vs. años 2015 y 2016), debido a la reformulación de objetivos existentes e incorporación de nuevos, como consecuencia del aprendizaje y consolidación del sistema de gestión de la calidad. En cuanto a la demanda de servicios de calibración se manifiesta un aumento sostenido en el número de calibraciones realizadas, casi triplicando en el año 2015, la demanda del año 2013 (145 vs. 53) y se destaca a partir del año 2015 la demanda de servicios de calibración por clientes externos, que se mantiene durante el año 2016. En referencia a las encuestas y analizando los años 2013, 2014 y 2015, se observa que no sólo aumentó el número de encuestas en valor absoluto sino también como porcentaje en relación a las calibraciones realizadas. El promedio general de todas las encuestas así como los promedios de cada uno de los atributos se mantiene sin grandes fluctuaciones en todos los años analizados. (author)Files
