Description

We have developed Resistive Plate Chambers (RPCs) and the FEEs for the Time-of-Flight (TOF) system of the BGO-EGG experiment at LEPS2. The TOF system has an excellent time resolution of 50 ps with large readout strips of 2.5 × 100 cm2. The large readout strip and the signal combining technique enable us to cover the area of 6.4 m2 with only 256 channels of the readout electronics.
