Description
The clavicle due to its superficial anatomical position presents a great risk to fractures. However, the segmental type of fracture is rare, being only one case reported in the Brazilian literature. This is due to the unique combination of forces, which occur mainly in high energy traumas. The objective of this study is to present two cases of patients assisted in a traumatologic referral service with a diagnosis of segmental clavicle fracture. (author)
