Discussion on training mode of quality management system

Training effect would be directly influenced by boring training mode. Therefore, before each quality training, the organizer should have a carefully plan on training arrangement, training target, teaching material and evaluation of training effect. The training shall be with well-defined target, and be related with the annual performance evaluation, thus to improve the training work and effect. (author)
