Study of J/psi radiative disintegration in γπ+π-
Description
The J/psi radiative decay in π+π-γ is analysed from the data taken by the DM2 experiment. The resonance f(1270) parameters and the branching ratio B(J/psi → γf) x B(f → π+π-) are measured and found compatible with previous results in e+e- storage ring experiments: from the π+π- mass plot, it can not be concluded to the existence of others structures although some hints exist. An increase of both the data and the M.C. generated events should able us to improve these results and give an upper limit on the theta decay in π+π-

Cette these consiste en l'etude de la desintegration radiative du J/psi en π+π-γ a partir des donnees de l'experience DM2. Les mesures des parametres de la resonance f(1270) et du rapport de branchement B(J/psi → fγ) B(f → π+π-) sont compatibles avec celles des autres experiences en anneau de collision e+e-. Cependant, le spectre en masse invariante π+π- ne permet pas de conclure quant a la presence ou l'absence de nouvelles resonances meme s'il existe des presomptions. Une statistique plus importante, a la fois pour les donnees et les evenements Monte-Carlo, permettra d'affiner ces resultats et de donner une limite superieure du rapport de branchement de la desintegration du theta(1700) en π+π-Files
