Quasielastic electron scattering in a broad temperature range
Description
Scattering of slow electrons in crystals with low measured energies is considered. Diagram techniques conveniant in case of scattering on an extended fluctuation potential are presented. The performed investigation into the formation of spectrum of electrons quasielastically reflected from semiconductors in 300-800 K temperature range allows to reconstruct a complete picture of quasielastic scattering
