Massive haemoptysis as a late consequence of pulmonary irradiation

Two cases are reported in outline of massive haemoptysis arising from abnormal bronchial arteries in lung parenchyma previously exposed to therapeutic doses of radiation, five years, and as long as 16 years after radiotherapy. (author)
