Description
This Order concerns measures for the follow-up, containment, surveillance and physical protection of nuclear materials which must be declared. The Order has been made in implementation of the Act of 25th July 1980 on the protection and control of nuclear materials and of the Decree of 12th May 1981 made under the Act. Declarations are sent to the Institute for Protection and Nuclear Safety (IPSN) which centralises the information and, where necessary, prescribes the conditions to be complied with by the holder of the materials, in implementation of the Order. Cet Arrete est relatif aux mesures de suivi, de surveillance et de protection physique applicables aux matieres nucleaires qui doivent faire l'objet d'une declaration. L'Arrete a ete pris en application de la Loi du 25 juillet 1980 sur la protection et le controle des matieres nucleaires et du decret du 12 mai 1981 pris en vertu de cette Loi. Les declarations sont adressees a l'Institut de protection et de surete nucleaire (IPSN) qui centralise les informations et adresse, le cas echeant, au declarant des prescriptions en relation avec l'application dudit ArreteFiles
