#betta# decay of baryons: present and future

Description
In this work the relevance of baryon #betta# decay for the understanding of elementary particle interactions is reviewed. As it will be seen through this paper, it is possible that High Energy Physics has reached only the pre-Quantum Mechanics stage where Atomic Physics was in the early twenties. (author)
