Description
Electron transport through a triple-quantum-dot ring in various kinds of dot-lead coupling configurations has been investigated using the nonequilibrium Green's function technique. The conductance is numerically calculated as a function of the dots' levels. The appearance of Fano resonance and the formation of bound state in the continuum strongly depend on the configuration of dot-lead coupling strengths. Moreover, a striking conductance dip is found and the conductance spectrum can be interchanged by tuning extra magnetic flux. (author)
