Process and device for determining the lithium concentration in a nuclear reactor primary coolant circuit
Description
The lithium concentration in the primary coolant circuit of a PWR is determined by measuring the conductivity of water and deducing the concentration from a linear relationship with conductivity. Measurements of boric acid concentrations are also made and by calculations can determine the lithia concentration in good agreement with the specification lithia decreasing

L'invention concerne un procede et un dispositif de mesure de la concentration en lithium dans le circuit primaire de refroidissement d'un reacteur d'une centrale nucleaire. La concentration en lithium est determinee par correlation lineaire entre la conductivite electrique λ de l'eau de refroidissement mesuree par les moyens de mesure a une temperature donnee mesuree par des moyens de mesure. Des moyens de mesure de la concentration en bore permettent a l'aide de moyen de calcul de determiner la concentration en lithium conformement a la specification lithine decroissante.
