The process e+e-→π+π-π0 in the nonresonance region of the energy 2E up to 1.4 GeV

Description
Measurements of the cross section for the process e+e-→π+π- are reported in the energy interval 2E=0.66--1.4 GeV outside of the ω and φ resonances. The value of the cross section for 2E<1.1 GeV agrees with a calculation in the vector-dominance model, but at 2E>1.1 GeV a significant excess of the cross section is observed in comparison with the predictions of the vector-dominance model with inclusion of only the ω and φ resonances
