Description
The plasma characteristics of the bulk target irradiated by pulse laser is studied in detail, and the theoretical model of pulsed-laser-driven ablation is set up accordingly. In addition, the velocity distribution of the plasma is discussed. Moreover, the plasma density and temperature near the ablating surface as the function of time are discussed respectively by using hydrodynamic theory and the heat conduction equation. At the same time, authors' theoretical results are compared with the experiments and other authors' conclusions
