Measurements of T20 in backward elastic dp scattering at deuteron momenta 3.5-6 GeV/c

Description

The tensor analyzing power T20 in backward elastic dp scattering was measured. The range of deuteron momentum covered by measurements is from 3.5 to 6.0 GeV/c. Recoil protons were detected at 0±15 mrad in the laboratory. The observed behaviour of T20 resembles one for the inclusive zero angle deuteron breakup process. 12 refs.; 4 figs
