Description

The methodology and results of studies of sapphire envelopes of gas discharge radiation sources on resistance to ultimate electric loads depending on the number of blocks in a single crystal are considered. The correlation of the obtained results with the dependence of the mechanical strength of the sapphire pipe on the number of blocks is revealed

Рассмотрены методика и результаты исследований сапфировых оболочек газоразрядных источников излучения на устойчивость к воздействию предельных электрических нагрузок в зависимости от количества блоков в монокристалле. Выявлена корреляция полученных результатов с зависимостью механической прочности сапфировой трубы от количества блоков
