Description

In the paper the proton migration kinetics theory in quadratic approximation to external field is presented. The theory allows considering tunnel transitions more strictly. Computerized simulation of crystals electret states with hydrogen bonds allowing to study the processes both formation and destruction of homo- and hetero charges is building with Fokker-Planck nonlinear equation, solvable together with the Poisson equation. Analysis of experimental spectra of thermally induced depolarization currents present rather complicate task. In the work simple and enough effective methodic for comparison of theoretical and experimental results, based on the design and application of comparison function for dependence thermally induced depolarization current in monocrystals CaSO4·5H2O from temperature is proposed
