Construction of the weakly-relativistic Fokker-Planck kinetic equation in the Darwin approximation

Description
The explicit form of the weakly-relativistic Vlasov and the Fokker-Planck collision operators for a multispecies plasma are evaluated by using a systematic expansion in βunderscore=vunderscore/c and retaining corrections up to the second order.
