Effect of external factors on the thermally stimulated conductivity of GdIn3S6 single crystals

Description
The energetic depths of traps have been determined from thermal glow curves and the concentration of traps and the trapping cross-section have been evaluated. The effects of an electric field, of the 'expectation' time, and of the illumination intensity on TSC curves have been studied in GdIn3S6 single crystals
