Estimation of constituent mass of light quark by sum-rules method

  • 1. AN SSSR, Moscow (USSR). Inst. Yadernykh Issledovanij

Description

A determination of the constituent mass of a quark as a mass parameter of a free fermion propagator, which interpolates the two-quark local calibration-invariant Green function of a special type in a certain region of its argument change is proposed. Estimation of constituent mass of a light quark muconst=300±50 MeV is obtained on the base of applying an operator decomposition and sum rules method
