Description
The magnetic properties and the Curie temperatures of (Zn,Cr)Te are calculated by using first principles calculations and model calculations. The Curie temperature calculated by using the Monte Carlo simulation and the random phase approximation reproduce experimental values very well. In addition, the magnetism of (Zn,Cr)Te under the carrier doping treatment is investigated
