Rapid two-state heat treatment of HTSC coatings

Description
A rapid two-stage (650-100 deg C and 400 deg C) technique in developed for heat treatment of YBa2Cu3Ox coatings produced by the plasma sputtering method. Heat treatment processes are investigated. It is shown that the most optimal annealing temperatures is the region of ortho-tetra transition - 600-650 deg C. An experimental oxidation reaction tehcnique consisting in additional heating of incoming oxygen up to 1000 deg C temperatures is proposed
