Description
A method of improving of the gold adhesion on etched silicon surface is described: a platinum layer of 20 mg/cm2 was preliminary vacuum evaporated followed by gold evaporation. It was found that the scratching of the contact layer occured by applying of the 16 times greater power than in the usual case of a gold layer evaporated directly on the etched surface
