The ordered state of In2Te3 in its relation to the transition state
- 1. Thessaloniki Univ. (Greece). Dept. of Physics
- 2. Rijksuniversitair Centrum te Antwerpen (Belgium)
Description
Experimental evidence for the low temperature ordered phase of In2Te3 indicate that the ordering affects only the metallic sublattice. This LRO arrangement leads to a tetrahedral structure. The order-disorder transformation is also investigated and the relation between the low temperature phase and the SRO arrangement of the transition state is examined. (author)
