Homogeneous nonequilibrium critical flow model. Final report
Description
A homogenous non-equilibrium flow model is developed to predict critical flow with subcooled upstream conditions. The model assumes an isentropic flow with a prescribed superheating for flashing. An iterative approach is used to solve for the critical flow and the predictions compare satisfactorily with available experimental data
