Energy analyzer for electron magnetic spectrometer

Data are given on the calculation and practical implementation of the energy analyzer in the electron magnetic coreless spectrometer with double focusing which was described in [1]. The energy analyzer has a focusing angle 2540 and a resolution of approximately 1.6 eV for the C1S(AlKsub(α) line
