Early revealing of heart and lung diseases with the help of X-ray examination in prophylactic investigation of miners of Donbass

A system of X-ray examination of miners aimed at an early revealing of pathological changes in lungs, heart and large vessels is developed. The X-ray examination system developed comprises an algorithm of investigation, X-ray pattern and fluorogram analysis, diagnostic algorithms and algorithms of X-ray additional examination. It is shown that introduction of the given system to roentgenologic practice facilitates the efficiency of revealing lung cancer and pathologic changes of heart and large vessels. 3 refs.; 3 figs.; 2 tabs
