Imaging analysis of heterogeneous solid catalyst by spatially-resolved XAFS

Description
In this paper, we present our recent results of 2D or 3D imaging of heterogeneous solid catalysts by spatially-resolved X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) techniques. These state-of-art XAFS imaging techniques show heterogeneous behaviors of solid catalysts. XAFS imaging of an automobile exhausting catalyst and electrocatalyst for polymer electrolyte fuel cell was presented. (author)
