Transport properties and band spectrum of HTSC bismuth ceramics

Description
Temperature dependences of specific resistance thermo-e.m.f. and Hall factors in single-phase samples of HTSC ceramics of Bi-2212 and Bi-2223 phases were investigated. Influence of partial substitution of yttrium and neodymium for calcium in Bi-2212 phase on transformation of these dependences was considered. It is shown that increase of alloying level results to the fact, that temperature dependences of three kinetic factors become similar to ones, observed for yttrium high-tc superconductors. 33 refs., 4 figs
