Observation of eta→π0#betta##betta# decay
Description
Experiments in which the rare radiative decay eta→π0#betta##betta# was observed and investigated are described. The measurements were made on the 70-GeV IHEP accelerator with the aid of the GAMS-2000 hodoscopic spectrometer having a decaying-particle mass resolution on the order of a percent. The branching ratio is found to be BR (eta→π0#betta##betta#) = (9.5 +- 2.3) x 10-4
