Description
A radio chemical plant is prone to radiological hazards along with chemical toxicity. Hence for designing a radiochemical plant for a process, it is mandatory to follow guidelines of the statutory bodies of radiation protection along with those of conventional pollution control board. Different aspects to be considered during the design of a fuel cycle facility are discussed in this paper
