Hemopoietic clonogenic precursor cell in culture

Description

The nature and functions of different hemopoietic and stroma cells of the stem type, their regulation, interaction, reaction for the effect of ionizing radiation and medicinal preparations are studied. It is shown that the use of clonogenic methods of hemopoietic and stroma precursor cells is perspective for experimental and clinical hematology, for the evaluation of stroma and hemopoiesis state in patients both in the early and delayed period after radiotherapy in case of various malignant tumors
