Description
Phase equilibria in the Lu2O3-Al2O3 system have been investigated in the temperature range of 1000-2300 deg C by the method of solid-phase reactions. The phase diagram of the Lu2O3-Al2O3 system is plotted. An attempt is made to establish the conditions of formation of orthoaluminate LuAlO3.
