Method of comparative estimation of atomization and formation enthalpies of rare earth monopnictides

Applicability of the method of comparative estimation of thermodynamic characteristics in the variant of the method of constant relations to the compounds under consideration is shown on the basis of data from literature and the authors' own data on atomization enthalpies of rare-earth metal mononitrides. A method of comparative estimation of different thermodynamic characteristics in the series of different-type compounds is substantiated. It is supposed that the enthalpies of formation mononitride known from literature are underestimated
