Description

Single-channel methods of densimetry of solid bodies according to fast monoenergetic electron backscattering are considered. Alongside with the well-known integral method, permitting to indirectly control the density of certain non-porous materials by means of the measurement of the effective atomic number, the methods of the direct control of density, applicable for porous materials, are discussed. The effect of fluctuations of solid substance composition on the results of the direct control of density of porous materials using the single-channel methods is evaluated
