Radioisotope devices at lead concentrating works

Described is the experience in application of padioisotope devices at the concentration mills of Zyryanovsk lead works where an automatic control system of technological process and production is in operation. GR-6 and GR-7 gamma-relay devices are used as level indicators in an automatic system of loading and stemming of a grinder transport route units and bunker with ore. For measuring the suspension specific mass during polymetallic ore enrichment PR-1024V radioisotope densimeter is used. Radioisotope moisture gage introduction is planned for rapid monitoring and of the humidity control of finished concentrates. The benefit is expected to be 10000 roubles for every moisture gage
