Polarization of ferroelectric ceramics in a self-consistent pulse field: the role of non 180 deg swichings

Description
Investigations into effect of mechanical pressures under longitudinal compression on polarization of PZT system ferroelectric ceramics are carried out under high-voltage pulse electrical fields. It is determined, that with grouth of pressure the time and current of polarization switching decrease, while the dynamic coercive field increases
