Using scintillation counters on zinc sulfide base activated by silver for determining low beryllium content on the microtron

Description

An attempt to apply scintillation detectors of neutrons based on T-2 light composition has been made in order to determine low beryllium contents by means of a 3-cm microtron. A complete flow chart of the radioelectronic equipment is presented. The conclusion is made that the given recording diagram with scintillation counters comprising ZnS (Ag) and B2O3 may be used to measure low beryllium contents using a microtron
