Pellet injection studies in the R and D division of the LHD project

Description
For steady-state operation of the Large Helical Device continuous fueling such as by continuous pellet injection is considered essential. A stable and reproducible pellet operation is also required for the study of transport phenomena. The research and development activities on pellet injection aimed to meet these objectives are briefly discussed. 1 fig., 1 tab
