Phase relations in the Bi2O3-CoOy-SnO2 system at room temperature

Description
Phase relations of Bi2O3-CoOy-SnO2 were studied by means of X-ray powder diffraction at room temperature. The compounds Co16Bi10O38, Bi25CoO40, Bi12SnO20 and Co2SnO4 were observed, and the pseudo-binary Bi2-xSn2-xCo2xO7-δ (x=0.00-1.10) compounds were identified in this system. There are six three-phase regions in the system. The lattice parameters of the compounds observed in this system were determined
