Thermodynamic calculation of iron-nitrogen phase diagram

Description
Obtained are the equations which describe the lines of two-phase equilibrium in the metal-gas systems in the approximation analogous to the approximation of ideal substitution solutions. The calculated position of equilibrium lines in the iron-nitrogen system in the range of equilibrium of α- and γ-phases agree with experimental data satisfactorily. Calculated are the ranges of the iron-nitrogen state diagram, which correspond to the equilibrium of γ- and σ-phases and lines of solidus and liquidus at different pressures of molecular nitrogen
