Relation of small changes in parameters of hyperfine structure of Moessbauer spectra and structure of iron-bearing cores of ferritins and their models

Description

One performed analysis of the Moessbauer spectra and of hyperfine structure parameters of 57Fe nuclei of ferritin molecules of a human being liver, of ferritins in chicken liver and spleen tissues, as well as, of ferritin modeling iron-dextran complexes. One revealed negligible differences in parameters of hyperfine structure of 57Fe nuclei resulting from negligible structural differences of iron nuclei in proteins and in their models

Abstract (Russian)

Проведен анализ мессбауэровских спектров и параметров сверхтонкой структуры ядер 57Fe молекул ферритина печени человека, ферритинов в тканях куриной печени и селезенки, а также моделирующих ферритин железо-декстрановых комплексов. Выявлены малые различия в параметрах сверхтонкой структуры ядер 57Fe, которые связываются с небольшими структурными различиями железных ядер в белках и их моделях
