Physical and chemical foundations of high purification of inorganic volatile hydrides by rectification at high pressures
Description
Temperature dependence of F0 separation factor of packed rectifying towers of noncontinous action was studied for thorough purification of diborane, silane, dichlorosilane, germane, phosphine, arsine, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen selenide from impurities similar to the basis by their pysicochemical properties. F0(T) dependence in the temperature range from Tb up to 0.8Tc for hydride-impurity system had the form of a curve with maximum in many cases. Fair correlation of experimental and calculated data was revealed
